Each profile can include a photo, bio, company URL and social links. Speakers are assigned to sessions from within the session settings. Speaker profiles appear on the dedicated speakers page in the event platform. Speakers must also register as attendees to access the platform.

Who this is for: Organisers managing speaker programmes

Time to complete: 5 minutes per speaker profile

Navigate to the Speakers section in the Event Console sidebar. Select Create and enter the speaker’s details. Add a profile photo, bio, company name and any social media links. Set the speaker’s status to active for them to appear on the speakers page.

To assign a speaker to a session, navigate to the specific session and scroll to the Speakers tab. Select the speaker from your existing profiles.

Sorting speakers: Use types to categorise and organise speakers (for example, keynote, panellist, moderator).
