Cisco Webex Integration

Wish to integrate Cisco Webex into your event? Follow these steps!

You can integrate your Cisco Webex account into Canapii if you'd like to use Webex as a third-party host for your live breakout sessions and meetings.

There are two ways to do this:

1. If you have only the one session that you need to use Webex for, you can create the webinar in the Webex client directly and then create a Canapii session that corresponds to that meeting. After you've created the meeting in Webex, copy the meeting URL to your clipboard.
In Canapii, create your session by going to
Sessions > Create and then change the Content type field to Others. Paste the Webex meeting URL into the Canapii session details. 

2. If you'd like to set Webex as a host for multiple sessions and 1x1 meetings between attendees, you can integrate your Webex account into Canapii instead.
To do this, go to the Integrations tab within step 2 of the console and click into the Webex tile. Click Add, then sign into your Webex host account using your Webex credentials. This will grant Canapii the ability to use Webex as one of the default options for breakout session and meeting hosts. Any breakout sessions/meetings created in Canapii with the host set to Webex will automatically create the Webex meeting for you - no need to create a meeting in Webex separately.
