Q: How many attendees can attend my event on Canapii?
A: You can host up to 100,000 attendees using Canapii, but we know most events don't require that number 😀 If you have fewer than 125 attendees you can even run your event for free!
Q: Can I Live stream and run webinars on Canapii?
A: Yes, of course! You can create live breakout sessions to facilitate live webinars, workshops or breakout sessions, and create live stream sessions to broadcast live to your audience. For live streaming you have two options: you can use a third-party URL (such as YouTube or Vimeo) to stream directly to the platform, or if you are a user of our professional or white-glove services use Canapii's premium streaming capabilities.
Q: Can I request custom features?

Q: Can I trial Canapii for free?
A: Yes! You can run an unlimited number of events on Canapii for no cost. The catch? You can only support up to 125 attendees per month, and your events can last no longer than four days. You can read more about our free model here.
Q: Can I run one event on Canapii, or do I need to commit to a monthly or annual plan?
A: There are no long-term monthly or annual commitments when using Canapii. However, we do offer monthly subscription packages as well as custom one-off event packages.
Q: Does Canapii support different languages?
A: Canapii prides itself on being a market leader in this field. For sessions, Canapii supports live AI-generated subtitles in more than 30 languages. Attendees also have the option to translate an entire event using the globe icon found on the event homepage.
Q: Can attendees meet, chat and network on Canapii?
A: Yes! Admins can enable networking, meetings, and chats between attendees or entire attendee types.
Q: How do organizers update the attendee experience?
A: Your event admins have full control of what attendees see by creating different attendee & ticket types which can dictate each user experience.
