Technical support chat
During live sessions, technical support requests are picked up by our team. As an attendee, you're able to send technical support requests using the interactive sidebar.
Note: The interactive sidebar will only be visible on the right hand of the session's screen if it has been enabled by the event organizers.
The FAQ page not only has answers to the most frequently asked event-specific questions, but also contains a message box that will alert the Canapii support team and event organizers about the attendees' inquiries.
