When you have a flight option for your event attendees, they may view their flight information, approve or decline the flights, and add Frequent Flyer Details on their account profile.
After you have added the flight details for your attendees, they will be able to Approve or Decline flights and add their Frequent Flyer Details as needed on their account profile. This allows your attendees to confirm and review their flight details, ensuring a seamless coordination of flight information for you and your attendees.
Attendees can access the Flight Information by clicking on Profile and then Flights Information
In Flights Information, they will be able to view the following:
- Add frequent flyer details - when toggled on attendee can add their Frequent Flyer Program and Frequent Flyer Number
- Flight segment if flight is an Inbound or Outbound flight.
- Flight Status - if it's Accepted, Declined, or Pending. Pending status is when the attendee has yet to accept or decline a flight.
- Confirmation Number
- Additional Comments - this can be used to add additional comments or special request for the flight
- Approve or Decline button - selecting Approve with change the flight status to Approved and will send an email confirmation to event admins that the attendee has confirmed the flight details. When selecting Decline, attendee would be required to add the reason for declining the flight on the Additional Comment textbox; this also sends an email notification to the event admins.
