Canapii Support: Help and FAQ email

Set where your Help and FAQ emails get sent!

Help email 

  • If Canapii Support is enabled for non-professional events, all Help emails goes to help@canapii.com
  • If disabled, Help emails will be sent to Session admins under Session settings. 
  • If Session admins are empty, all Help emails will be sent to Event admins by default.

FAQ email 

  • If Canapii Support is enabled for non-professional events, all FAQ emails goes to help@canapii.com
  • If disabled, FAQ emails will be sent to FAQ admins under FAQ settings. 
  • If FAQ admins are empty, all FAQ emails will be sent to Event admins by default.
