How to create and edit rules, award points, and manage the page display
Overview
Firstly, enable Gamification in the General Settings tab of your Console.
Next, click into your Gamification tab under Community. You'll see three buttons across the top: Get external page, Setup external page, Settings, and Page settings.
- Get external page: Allows you to copy the url link of the gamification leaderboard
- Setup external page: Create an external webpage to show your gamification leaderboard real time on any monitor or screen at your event. This allows you to customize your leaderboard external page.
- Settings: Add and manage gamification rules.
- Page settings: Use this section to add and edit a banner, heading, and description.
You'll also have the Individual and Team leaderboard. A list of the attendees and points earned will be listed here. You can select an attendee and do any of the following Actions:

- Hide: Hides an attendee's gamification points from the leaderboard.
- Show: Returns an attendee's gamification points to the leaderboard.
- Opt-out: Opts an attendee out of participating in gamification and erases their points from the leaderboard.
- Opt-in: Opts an attendee into participating in gamification.
- Reset score: Erases the leaderboard.
Other buttons are:
- Award point: Allows you to award points manually to an attendee.
- Export: Downloads gamification results via .csv spreadsheet.
Add and Manage Gamification Rules
Click Settings in the Gamification page. You should see a page marked Rules, with a row of buttons across the top of the page.
Click Add rule to pull up a modal with pre-set rules. Click Use beside the rule.
To manage rules in bulk, check off the boxes next to the rules that you'd like to change, then click Actions. You can enable, disable, or delete the selected rules.
Block attendee type lets you exclude attendees from gamification by type (for example, you can remove all attendees with the Sponsor attendee type from gamification if they will not be participating).
The Rules header field allows you to add a text field to the top of the Rules page for your attendees. You can use this section to explain the feature, showcase the prizes, etc.
Change title changes the title display of the Rules page.
You are also able to toggle if you would like to have the rules show/hide from the app.
Gamification Teams
You are able to now add and manage group/teams in the Gamification page of console. Go to the Gamification tab of your console, click settings, go to Teams tab, then add Team.
You are able to create your team and have the following functions:

upload team logo, team name, status and target attendees

ability to create a new group/team using target attendees. This team will collate all users points under that team and show it on a separate leaderboard

ability to rename team and update targetting

ability to enable/disable Gamification teams

ability to rename tab in app

ability to update/get external link for gamification leaderboard for the team
