A shareable registration link is located in the ticket tab of the registration page
Finding and sharing your ticket links
- Navigate to the registration tab of the event's Console sidebar and choose ticket.
- Select the clipboard icon next to the ticket you wish to share (this will copy the ticket link to your clipboard).
- Or you can click into the ticket and copy the registration link under register link.
- Next you can share this link on your preferred platform or in an email blast to your prospective attendees.
When clicked, the registration link will bring your attendees to the registration page.
Remember: Each ticket has its own unique registration URL. You can personalize the registration page in the registration page tab.
Including ticket options on the login page for your event.
You can include certain tickets on the login page of your event, making it easy for attendees to register with the ticket of their choosing.
To add a ticket to the login page simply navigate to the ticket of your choosing and select update. Then tick the add ticket link to login page option and click save.
Translated registration
If you would like to have a certain ticket's translated, all you need to do is add ?lang=(two letter language code) to the end of your ticket URL before sharing. Language codes should always be lower case. See below for an example:
-
- I have a ticket registration link for a VIP ticket for my event (https://canapii.com/events/youreventnamehere/register/ticket-10115fad-7c0f-4ad3-ae0b-49fd22648e78)
- To this I will add ?lang=fr for French so this link becomes: https://canapii.com/events/youreventnamehere/register/ticket-10115fad-7c0f-4ad3-ae0b-49fd22648e78?lang=fr
- This would translate your attendees registration process into French AND set their default event language to French when they access your event. This means their entire experience attending your event, from registration to event day, will be translated into French.
