You can define when attendees can meet within the 'Meetings' tab of the event console sidebar
As a standard, attendees can meet at any time during an event by choosing Meet now when sending out a meeting request.
As an event organizer, you can also create pre-set meeting timeslots so that your attendees can plan meetings ahead of time.
To create the timeslots in which attendees can schedule meetings in, navigate to the Meetings tab within step 2 of event Console and follow these steps:
- Select Settings.
- Under Meeting slots, select the meeting slot type Open or Pre-defined.
- When selecting Open, you may then input the start and end date and time for the meeting timeslots.
- When selecting Pre-defined, click on Create to enter meeting slots manually or select Batch create to add multiple meeting slots.
- Once the meeting slots are created, your attendees will be able to schedule in their own meetings via the Meetings page of the event platform within the times that you've set.
