It's super simple to upload a welcome video, simply follow these steps:
1. Within general settings, select the features and networking tab and enable welcome video:
2. Now you'll see welcome video highlighted within step 2 of the event console.
Upon going into welcome video, simply select 'create' & upload your MP4 video content. To ensure that it's live on the platform select 'active'. Any welcome videos which aren't activated, won't be seen live on the front end.
Note: You can upload multiple welcome videos & target them to attendee's based on the attributes collected upon registration. Just ensure that the videos are ordered in priority to play. Only one video will play at a time based on sorting priority and target attendees of the video.
