How to apply actions to comments & questions

Learn about how to translate, hide, pin, highlight comments & questions left within interactive bars and the event chat!

Translate

To translate comments left within interactive bars throughout Canapii, you are firstly required to change the default platform language by selecting the globe icon within the top right hand corner of the landing page. You'll find that the entire platform, including sessions & meetings will translate accordingly.

All comments & questions left within interactive bars are automatically submitted in English, but to translate them simply  hover over the comment to find three dots appear on the left hand side of the comment.

Upon selecting the three dots, underneath the comment you'll find a globe icon. Please select to translate the comment to your chosen language, as per step one. 

Pin

To pin a question or comment, simply click on the pin icon. 

Hide

Click the eye icon to hide a comment or question.

Highlight

To highlight, event admins can click the flag icon to have the comment or question appear on top of the video player. Attendees can collapse this message or question individually.
