Making a session private

You'll need to select the 'private' toggle option when creating the session

Once you have created a session, go to the Access section and find the Privacy option within the session settings menu.

When a session is set to Private, it is only viewable to the attendees added under the Attendees tab. You can assign attendees to the session by scrolling down to the Attendees tab and selecting the individuals who should have access.

 



How do attendees access a private session?

For attendees who have been added to a private session, there are three ways they can access and view it:

  1. Playlist: You can add the private session to a playlist that is visible on the homepage.
    Once the attendee is added to the session, it will appear in their homepage playlist, but only for those who have been granted access. Others will not see it.
  2. Event Agenda: Private sessions can also appear in the main Event Agenda. If an attendee has been added to the session, it will be visible to them within the agenda. However, it will remain hidden from all other attendees not listed in the Attendees tab.
  3. My Agenda: Once an attendee is added, the session will automatically appear in their My Agenda.

Make sure the Show in general agenda option is enabled in the session settings to display the private session in the Event Agenda.
