      Creating event tickets or attendee types first?

      Great question! If you are using both, we recommend creating attendee types first ..

      There is no wrong way to set up attendee types and event tickets. However, we have found that creating attendee types first makes the most sense. 

      This means that as an event organizer, you're thinking about the user journey from the get-go and this will help you to define the user experience.

      It will also help you to understand whether attendee types should have different tickets or if you even need to have them!
