Sponsor zone  

Each logo on the sponsorship page supports an individual sponsor zone. Canapii’ s sponsor zone supports the following functionalities:  

  • Company logo or banner 
  • Company boilerplate (supports hyperlinks to social media profiles and external pages)  
  • Registered executives from the company are displayed on right-hand side of the zone. Quick links for attendees to chat and meet with any representative in one click. Note: chat is an instant messenger chat (similar to WhatsApp) and meet allows for pre-scheduled meeting booking.  
  • Host a Breakout room or virtual meeting room that attendees can access to speak to a dedicated executive from the sponsor.  
  • Showcase sessions from the master event agenda that the sponsor has been part of i.e. Sponsor 1 was a guest speaker of the keynote session, so the keynote session would appear in the Sponsor 1 zone.  
  • Links through speakers from the sponsor to be displayed on the page.
  • Welcome video, which autoplays when attendees visit the sponsor zone.

Tip: You are also able to choose a sponsor and "Add to favorites" for easier access to their profile. They will appear under your Favorites on your profile dropdown. 

Sponsor zone supported content  

Enable your sponsors to display their most important collateral and information. Canapii supports: 

  • Videos (MP4) 
  • Downloadable Podcasts/audio (MP3) 
  • Downloadable PDFs  
  • Downloadable PowerPoints 
  • Downloadable Word Documents 

Note: Canapii recommends no more than 5 MP4 videos and 8 other resources per sponsor.  

 

How to add content to the Sponsor Zone

In your Master Console, you will see events that you have admin access to in the Your events tab. When your event organizer has given you admin permissions to update the Sponsor Zone, you'll see a Manage button on the event tile in this tab. Click Manage, then click Sponsors and then your company name. 

Click the Update button at the top of the page to change your logo, banner, name, branding color options, sponsor bio, status, add social media links, hyperlink your company website, or toggle on/off the Interested button. You can also add tags and keywords for easier search of sponsors on the sponsor zone. 

If you have added a banner, you can change or delete the banner by hovering over the image until the options appear in the upper left corner.

You can either embed a video in your bio, or click the Upload welcome video button to insert a .mp4 video file from your device. 

Click the Matchmaking button to set up a quick filter for networking. For example, if you'd like to prioritize sending messages to attendees with a specific attendee type, you can set that attendee type as a matchmaking target and then give them a Priority label. When your sponsor team clicks on the list of attendees, they'll see the Priority label beside the names of attendees who fulfill your search parameters. 

Additional tools

At the bottom of the page, you'll see a row of tabs. Individual tabs may not appear if you have not been given permission to view them - if you are missing the tab that you need, reach out to your event organizer to request that your permissions for the Sponsor Zone be updated: 

Leads

This tab will showcase a log of all the interactions that attendees have had with your sponsor zone. Select the reference table to see an explanation of each reference activity.

Meetings

This section will log all meetings that were requested/scheduled with one of your representatives (using the representatives tab of the interactive bar that lists attendees that hold a specific ticket that you can choose within the update section).

Analytics

The analytics tab will show you top level metrics such as page views, number of interested attendees, asset views and attachment views.

Sessions

The sessions tab will allow you to add/view/manage existing related sessions to your sponsor zone.

Also within the sessions tab, if associated, you're able to pull through breakout         

         sessions to appear within the sponsors page i.e. Having a Sponsor representative

         leading a discussion. 

Speakers

This tab is for managing speakers that appear in your sponsor zone.

Assets

Use this tab to upload/embed video content that will appear in a dedicated playlist row within your sponsor zone.

Attachments

Add any files or hyperlinks for your attendees to view and download.

Interactive tab

See a log of all chat submissions in your zone's interactive bar and decide if the interactive bar is default open or closed.

Admins (only editable by event admins)

Manage sponsor admins (non-event admins who have access to console component of this sponsor zone).

Your team

Highlight other attendees from your sponsor who are attending the event. These will appear at the bottom of your sponsor zone in a Netflix like tile row. If selected users will be taken to the attendee's profile in the event platform.

Ticketed attendees

See a list of representatives who hold the ticket that you assigned to your booth under the basic details section.

Product list

Use this section to upload a product list for your attendees to view. You can include an image of the product, a title and a URL that the attendee will be redirected to if the image tile is selected.

Event attendee list

Shows a full exportable list for all event attendees.

Sponsor sessions

Allow sponsor admins to create their own live breakout or VOD sessions to add to their sponsor zones.

Lead activation email (on-site events only)

Create an automatic email to be sent to users who scan your sponsor booth QR code with the Canapii app. This email will always be sent from info@canapii.com.
