The Community Gallery is a great space to showcase project posters, team photos, event highlights, or any media you'd like to share with attendees.

Set Up the Gallery Page

  1. Go to the Community tab and click Gallery.
  2. At the top, you'll see four main buttons:

    • Upload
    • Page settings
    • Generate photo wall link
    • Sharing settings

Click Page settings to open the edit modal. Here, you can:

  • Add or edit a banner, heading, and description.

  • Enable the photo and/or video upload option to allow attendees to upload media themselves directly to the gallery.

  • Choose to hide filenames and attendee details so they don’t show up on the gallery page.

  • Turn on or off the gallery sidebar chat.

  • Enable gallery albums to better organize media.

  • Adjust photo wall settings, including display preferences.

If Gallery Albums are enabled:

  • A new 'Albums' button will appear beside Upload.

  • You can create multiple albums and set each to Active or Inactive.

  • When uploading a photo or video, you can assign it to an album.

  • If no album is selected, a Default Album will be created automatically.

Click Upload to add an image or video.

  • You must select an attendee to associate with the upload.

  • Use the Caption field to add a description.

  • You can:

    • Hide filename

    • Hide attendee details

    • Generate tags for the photo automatically by checking the box.

Click Generate photo wall link to create a shareable URL showing all uploaded photos/videos in the gallery.

You can also customize:

  • Display style

  • Scroll speed

  • Preview duration
(These settings are managed under Page settings.)

Click Sharing settings to configure default values for when users share gallery content.

You can:

  • Set a default caption

  • Add default hashtags

  • Provide a URL for backlink

At the bottom of the Community Gallery, you'll see a list of all uploaded photos and videos. For each file, you can view the associated attendee, the upload date, preview the media, and choose to update or remove it.
