Translating an event
Attendees can translate an entire event to their preferred language by selecting the globe icon within the top right hand corner of the landing page. The entire platform including sessions & meetings will translate accordingly.

Changing an events time zone
Joining an event from a different time zone can be tricky especially, when you've booked on to sessions or are due to attend meetings! Attendees are able to change the event time zone to where ever they are joining from by selecting the clock icon in the top right hand corner of the event landing page.

Note:  Organizers also have the ability to save attendee's time zone preference and display it on the console. Go to Attendee> click on attendee name> Additional info.

Translating comments & questions left within interactive bars
All comments & questions left within interactive bars are automatically submitted in English, but to translate them simply  hover over the comment to find three dots appear on the left hand side of the comment.

Upon selecting the three dots, underneath the comment you'll find a globe icon. Please select to translate the comment to your chosen default platform language.

Closed captions
Providing that closed captions have been enabled, attendees are able to select from a choice of generated languages by selecting the CC icon, found at the bottom of the session player.

Note: Closed captions are only available for VOD sessions. Please check out the dedicated closed captions article which outlines how event organizers can generate closed captions for VOD content.

Transcription
