Virtual vs In-person event settings

Upon creating event you'll be required to select either Virtual or In-person. Understand more about the difference in available features here!

As an event admin, we expect that the first thing you'll want to do is begin creating events on Canapii. Upon selecting Create within the top right hand corner of the master console, you'll be asked to select an event mode:
Virtual or In-person.

Upon selecting your chosen mode, the elements required to get you started will be automatically populated within your event console. From the list below, you'll find the different settings available for each mode:

In-person

  • Badges
  • On-site check in
  • Locations
  • Session check in
  • Meeting check in
  • QR codes
  • Maps
  • VOD sessions
  • 'Other' sessions

Virtual

  • Meet now
  • Livestream sessions
  • VOD sessions
  • Live breakout sessions
  • 'Other' sessions
  • Simulive sessions
  • Breakout rooms
