What is a chat group?
A chat group is a separate chat window where attendees can communicate!

Attendees at your event can chat with any other attendee individually, or with multiple attendees as a group. Attendees can initiate contact via the platform. Organizers also have the ability to create pre-defined chat groups via the Chat group tab of the event Console's sidebar. Pre-defined chat groups are useful if you wish to connect specific types of attendees to prompt meaningful engagement.
All chat messages appear in the interactive chat panel on the right side of the event homepage. Chat groups will appear under the Personal tab for any attendee added to a particular chat group.
