Where to find them:

Navigate to the ‘Analytics‘ tab of your event console sidebar.

General

Top pages 

Top viewed pages of the platform by attendees. (i.e. home page, speakers page, networking page) 

Popular speakers 

Top viewed speakers. 

Most active attendees 

Attendees with most activity on the platform.

Top sessions by views 

Sessions listed by number of views.

Top sessions by ratings 

Sessions listed by average ratings. 

Top viewed supporters 

Top viewed sponsors, based on views of their vendor pages. 

Active attendees 

Number active Daily, Weekly, Monthly.

Active now 

Ability to see which delegates are active on the platform at the time you look. You’re also able to input a date range to define the search even further.

Session analytics – For analytics gathered from a specific session.

Where to find them:

Navigate to the session of interest and scroll down to the following tabs:

Analytics tab:

      • What you can see:
        • An interactive list of attendee name, company, and view date of all attendees that clicked into a session.
      • What you can export:
        • First and last name
        • Job title

Watched by tab:

      • What you can see:

Poll analytics – Analytics gathered from polls taken during event.

Where to find them:

Navigate to the Polls tab of your event console sidebar. Select your poll of choice (poll list will show all general polls and session polls) and scroll down.

What you can see:

      • Searchable list of poll(including who can view poll), session, type, number of responses, status, created date and time, group title.

What you can export from a selected poll question:

      • First and last name
      • Company
      • Email
      • Attendee type
      • Answer
      • Submitted date and time.

Attendee analytics – Analytics gathered on specific attendees.

Where to find them:

Navigate to the Attendees tab of your event console sidebar.

What you can view:

      • Interactive list of attendee’s name, company, email, attendee type, status, and registered date and time.

What you can export:

      • First and last name
      • Job title
      • Company
      • Email
      • Phone number
      • Attendee type
      • Attendee status

      • Linked in profile (if applicable)

Sponsor analytics – Analytics gathered from sponsor interactions

Where to find them:

Navigate to the Sponsors tab of your event console sidebar. Select the sponsor of interest and scroll down to the Analytics tab.

What you can view:

      • Page views (interactive list of attendee name, company and view date)
      • Asset views (videos)
      • Attachment views

What you can export:

      • First and last name
      • Job title
      • Company
      • Email
      • Attendee type
      • Phone number
      • Date viewed

Onsite Analytics  #

For in-person events, organizers are also able to view real time the number of attendees who have checked-in into the event. You can view this under the Onsite registration tab or on the Analytics tab under Attendees.
