Navigate to the Sponsors section in the Event Console sidebar and select Create. Enter the sponsor’s details:
- Logo: Displayed on the sponsors page and used as the navigation button to the sponsor’s zone.
- Banner: Appears at the top of the sponsor’s zone page.
- Name and description: Displayed within the sponsor’s zone.
- Type: Used for tiering sponsors (Gold, Silver, Bronze). Use Sort mode to arrange the sponsor page in tier order.
- URL: Links to the sponsor’s external website.
- Visibility: Control whether the sponsor logo appears on the event homepage, the sponsors page or both.
- Interested button: When enabled, attendees can click “interested” on a sponsor’s zone page. This tags them in the sponsor’s analytics as a warm lead.
Once created, scroll within the sponsor’s zone to add sessions, speakers, video assets, attachments, product listings, team representatives and admin access for sponsor staff.
