Logging in as an attendee using SSO
Navigate to the specific event’s login page (the URL will have been shared by the event organiser in your registration confirmation email). On the left-hand panel of the login page, you will see the SSO options available for that event: Google, Facebook, Apple and LinkedIn.
Select your preferred option and follow the authentication steps. Your SSO email must match the email address you used to register for the event.
Important: If you already have a Canapii account registered under a different email address and want to switch to an SSO login option, the emails must match. Mismatched emails will result in a separate account being created.
For event organisers: enabling and disabling SSO options
Organisers can control which SSO options are available to attendees via the Social sign-in settings in the Registration section of the Event Console. You can toggle on or off Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Apple sign-in options to suit your event’s requirements.
