Canapii provides sponsor zone analytics including a full list of attendees who have viewed or interacted with the zone, time spent in the zone, and lead data for in-person events. Organisers can access analytics from the event console, and sponsors with admin access can view their own zone data directly.
In detail: To view sponsor zone analytics as an organiser:
- Navigate to the Sponsors tab in your event Console.
- Select the sponsor zone.
- Click the Leads tab at the bottom of the page.
This view shows you which attendees visited the zone, when they visited, and what content they interacted with. This data can be used to demonstrate ROI to your sponsors post-event and forms the basis of sponsor lead reports.
For in-person events: Sponsors can capture leads directly using Canapii’s QR scanning feature. Attendees scan in at the sponsor’s stand and their data is recorded in real time. See [In-person events: Sponsor leads and invite codes] for full setup instructions.
Sharing analytics with sponsors: You can share zone analytics by adding the sponsor as a zone admin and selecting the analytics permission.
