Navigate to the Notifications section in the Event Console sidebar. Select Create notification and configure the following:

- Target audience: Send to all attendees, a specific attendee type, attendees in a specific country or a custom selection.
- Deep link: Include an internal URL to direct attendees to a specific page within the event platform when they tap the notification.
- Scheduling: Set a future date and time for the notification or send it immediately.
Important: A notification will not send automatically when saved. You must select the notification and choose “Send now” to trigger immediate delivery. Scheduled notifications send automatically at the configured time.
