A sponsor zone on Canapii is a dedicated page within your event platform that displays a single sponsor’s brand, content, and contact information. Each sponsor has their own zone where organisers can add logos, videos, PDFs, links, session content, and a live chat area. Sponsor zones are accessible to all attendees by default, or can be restricted to specific attendee groups.
In detail: Sponsor zones are built and managed from the Sponsors tab in your event Console. Each zone acts as a mini branded space for your sponsor — think of it as a virtual stand or exhibition booth within your event. Organisers maintain full control over what content appears, and sponsors can be given admin access to build out their own zone and view their analytics without needing access to the full event console.
