How do I brand and customise my Canapii event?

Direct answer: Canapii allows organisers to fully brand their event platform by uploading logos, banners and background images, selecting primary and secondary colours and applying custom fonts. All branding is applied through the Branding section of the Event Console and is reflected across the platform, mobile app and microsite simultaneously.

Who this is for: Event organisers setting up a new event or updating an existing one

Time to complete: 10–20 minutes

In the Event Console, navigate to General Settings and select the Branding tab. From here you can:

  • Upload your logo: Your logo appears in the top navigation bar of the event platform and on the mobile app. Recommended format is PNG with a transparent background.
  • Set primary and secondary colours: These colours are applied to buttons, highlights and interactive elements across the platform. Use your brand hex codes for precise colour matching.
  • Upload banners: Canapii uses three banner types. The default banner appears on the event homepage behind the main headline. The highlight banner sits above your featured session. The secondary banner appears below the highlight. The platform provides a reference graphic showing exactly where each banner displays.
  • Upload a background image: Apply a background image to the event platform for a fully immersive branded experience.
  • Preview your event: Select “View event” from the sidebar at any time to see your branding live before your event goes public.

All branding changes apply automatically to the mobile app without any separate configuration.

Yes. Each event on Canapii has its own independent branding settings. Logos, colours, banners and background images are configured separately for each event from its own Event Console.

Does Canapii support dark mode for events?

Yes. When creating an event, you can choose between dark mode and light mode for your platform interface. This can be changed later from General Settings.

How do I make sure my event looks on-brand for attendees?

Upload your logo, set your brand colours and upload custom banners in the Branding section of your Event Console. Use the “View event” button to preview how everything looks before going live.
