Yes. A live chat sidebar can be enabled for any sponsor zone on Canapii. This allows attendees visiting the zone to start a conversation with the sponsor’s team directly within the event platform, without leaving the zone.
In detail: To enable the chat sidebar for a sponsor zone:
- In your event Console, go to General settings.
- Look for the sponsor sidebar chat option on the right-hand side of the screen, below the menu options.
- Toggle the option on and save.
The chat will appear within the sponsor zone for all attendees who have access to that zone. Sponsor admins can monitor and respond to chats from their zone view.
